In the last century Nashville Tennessee was a hotbed for many of Country Music’s Superstars and a little theatre in the heart of Nashville, Ryman Theatre. Every Saturday night a radio show called the Grand Old Opry was broadcast from the Ryman Theatre which featured Country Music mainstays as well as rising stars of the time. It was an honour to be asked to be a regular member of the Opry cast and singers such as Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, and Loretta Lynne along |
| with many others became members. Opry Memories tells stories of what really happened on any given Saturday night at the Opry good and bad. You will also hear songs made famous during peak of popularity of North America’s most famous radio shows. |
